Man who is scared to check his HIV status: Afraid that the result would kill him instantly

A young man who is emotionally down and has spent lots of money on consultations in different hospitals has been suffering from isolation from his co- workers and friends.
  " I am depressed. I have bad breath caused by excessive drinking but I have been thinking I have HIV but scared to death that when I see the results I could kill myself if the outcome isn't nice.

He  needs the help of everyone reading this to help him figure out another means of running a test aside HIC test to make sure he is healthy
